Juventus and AC Milan are keeping tabs on the 27 year-old Brazilian, who only just signed a new deal this year.
Naldo is now tied to Werder to 2013 and carries a price-tag of £12 million.
Juve and Milan are watching Naldo, along with German giants Bayern Munich.
