Man City to hand Richards new contract

Manchester City are ready to end all doubt about Micah Richards' future with a new five-year contract offer.
In recent months Stevie Ireland and Nedum Onuoha have both signed improved five-year deals with the Blues, and Vincent Kompany became the latest to conclude a similar agreement late last week.
And City are now eyeing Richards as their next target as they go about tying up their most promising young talent on long-term contracts, says the Manchester Evening News.
