Aberdeen have agreed a deal to sign former Scotland and Rangers defender Maurice Ross until January.
The 28-year-old right-back, who has been training with the club for more than a week at his own request, was released by Turkish side Kocaelispor at the end of last season.
Ross will complete his move to the Dons once they receive international clearance, which is expected to be before Saturday's SPL match with Dundee United.
