Liverpool watching Sevilla winger Capel

Liverpool are keeping tabs on Diego Capel's situation at Sevilla.

Capel's current contract runs until 2011, so Sevilla are in no rush to push fresh terms through.

"We have rarely met over the course of the last few months because the situation has not changed," said Capel's agent Pedro Bravo.

"Now any decision rests with Sevilla."

Seville sources say Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez is monitoring developments closely.
