Everton boss Moyes won over by Benfica star Di Maria

Everton boss David Moyes admits his team couldn't live with Benfica winger Angel di Maria last night.

Benfica humiliated Everton 5-0 in their Europa League encounter, with Di Maria outstanding on his wing. The Argentina international has been a long-term target for Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea.

Moyes admitted: "I thought he was like an attacking full-back, more of a winger. He did so many good things.

"He would have given a proper full back tonight a real difficult game."
