Roberto Martinez admits Wigan Athletic's profile has grown in Spain ten-fold this season.
Martinez says he is noticing the amount of interest Wigan are now generating in his home nation.
He revealed: “With respect to Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal, they always speak more about Liverpool and Wigan in Spain because both clubs are managed by Spaniards.
“There was a huge reaction in Spain when we beat Chelsea. It was felt that Chelsea were the better side against Barcelona in the Champions League semi-final and we received plenty of praise for our performance.”
