McAllister confirms scheduled Portsmouth talks

Former Leeds United and Coventry City boss Gary McAllister has confirmed he's set for talks with Portsmouth.

The former Scotland skipper has been approached by boss Paul Hart and confirmed to The News he was due to head to the south coast for talks.

McAllister said: "I'm coming down for a chat but I can't say anything more than that at the moment.

"Things might become a bit clearer soon but I am going to have to leave it at that for now."
