Mazzarri latest linked with Atletico Madrid job

Atletico Madrid are looking beyond Spain for a potential replacement for underfire coach Abel Resino.

Former Roma boss Luciano Spalletti was linked with Resino's job during the week, along with Bernd Schuster.

Now Walter Mazzarri, who is available after leaving Sampdoria, is being mentioned as a possible candidate.
