Fahim part of the same ruse. He had to step down because the same outfit can't own two clubs. So they say they set him aside, which conveniently let's him be the man fronting a move for a SECOND Premiership side in just over a year. LOLOL!!!! But it would appear unseemly if Portsmouth spent lavishly too, so they're letting it slip down quietly, to become a feeder club for City in a little while.
