Man Utd No2 Phelan: Still more to come from Rooney

Manchester United No2 Mike Phelan says they're still trying to find ways to get the best from Wayne Rooney.

“I don’t know if it’s a case of losing Cristiano Ronaldo," said Phelan. "I think Wayne has a lot more to offer the game of football.

"People heighten Wayne up to nth degree, he is a quality player but we feel as though Wayne can give us more and it’s our job to find that, to get him to deliver that to the table and at the moment he is in a rich vein of form.”
