Man City, Utd alerted to Luis Fabiano’s future uncertainty

Just received a reply from FIFA.

It reads:

Sir. Whilst we cannot go on record as agreeing with your views on the current state of affairs at Manchester City football club, Mr. Blatter has asked me to forward this off-the-record message.
He says, quote: "Yes, Sir Cecil, I agree with you entirely and would like to see the club you mention eradicated in the long term. I just telephoned Mr. Platini with your shorter term idea of having them play home games behind closed doors and he thought it was a splendid concept. He said he will call a special meeting in the morning to implement this action as soon as possible, hopefully in time for the next home game."

Soon the arab club will be banned from any signings for five transfer windows.
Their sins are already being described as far worse than Chelsea's and I certainly believe this. The penalty must be as severe as possible.
One only needs to observe the flagrant lack of ethics Ali Baba Hughes and his cronies show when they do their business in the open, to realise the depths they must sink to behind the scenes.
Personally, if I had any say in the matter, I would also make them play home games behind closed doors for a full season. In fact, I shall write to FIFA to suggest this excellent remedy.
