Pique backs Barcelona return for Arsenal's Cesc

Barcelona defender Gerard Pique has backed the bid to bring Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas back to the club.

Pique played in the same Barca youth team as Cesc - and Lionel Messi - before he went to Manchester United and the Gunners midfielder to London.

"The arrival of Cesc Fabregas at Barcelona next season would be very positive," he told Onda Cero Radio.

"I am a lover of the game and with Cesc playing in our midfield we would be even more of a world-class side."
