Here we go again. 'Michel, can you get Chelsea done for us. Please.' Nothing better than getting the school prefect to bully another boy on your behalf. Spineless, pathetic and typical of Platini-FIFA being so clearly driven by some kind of anti-English agenda.
Fact is our league is the best paid, players work in the free market of the EU and if that's hard to take then tough. French clubs should get their acts together and try to compete fairly instead of running to FIFA every time they feel hard done by.

French clubs have no right to cry foul,they take kids from all over Africa for nothing and even go to the extend of converting them to play for France at the expense of Africa.Platini sure has a vendetta against chelsea or anything english.Where was FIFA when chelsea was robbed of victory by Barca.Where is Platin when the clowns at Madrid do their business.Shame on you.................

i find it hilariouys that Lens have UEFA and FIFA lawyers workin for them not their own. ***** disgraceful! when u hear the lens president talk he contradicts wat the fifa lawyer say, its so obvious he doesnt even get wats goin on but hes been paid a lot of money for 0 work.

and onthe national team, im PRETTYY sure Chelsea academy would benefit france as apose ot Len's u ***** pleb!

How can Lens have their children "stolen"?

Are they the possessions of the club? They are talking about a contract signed by Kakuta when he was 14.

On what basis do Lens assert they may acquire the economic rights of a minor by contract?

The entire issue is specious. Kakuta belongs to himself, not to Lens and any right the training club wish to argue that they possess to a minor who has no legal authority to enter into a binding contract, is indefensible.
