Brazilian striker Pedro Junior has joined J-League club Gamba Osaka from rivals Albirex Niigata.
The 22-year old, who has also had a spell at Omiya Ardija, reportedly signed with Gamba today.
It is a major coup for sixth-placed Gamba as Pedro Junior has netted ten times with Niigata who are equal on points but clear of Gamba on goal difference.
Pedro Junior netted a penalty in Niigata’s 2-1 loss to Gamba just over a week ago.
