Levein pours cold water on Dundee return for Flood
Submitted by Anonymous on Thu, 08/27/2009 - 04:47
Dundee United boss Craig Levein has dismissed speculation linking Willo Flood with a move back to Tannadice on loan from Celtic.
Flood left United for Celtic in January but has failed to hold down a first-team place.
The Irishman has recently admitted he might have to consider his future at Celtic if he is not playing regularly, but Levein has rejected the rumours of a possible return for the midfielder.
"No, there is nothing in it," said Levein.
"We would need a whip-round to get anybody in."
