Bertrand: Manager changes have hurt Chelsea's young players

Chelsea starlet Ryan Bertrand says the constant managerial changes have hurt the club's young players.

The left-back, currently on-loan at Reading, said: “Each time someone new comes in you’re back to square one.

“United and Arsenal have managers who’ve been there a long time. If you’re going to be an elite club, you need that.”
