comment 1, your a idiot. Farca is in far more debt than Real having spent over $100M in transfers last season as apposed to our $12M, the most exensive being Alaves. I dont see alaves generating the amount of Revenue by any measure that Ronaldo will generate, nor do I see him as anywhere as good a football player. Farca will again spendabout $60M on average players who will not generate them the equivelinet in revenue.

Being an average middle tier club like Farca does not show greatness either, your debts amount to $468M in real terms and you just do not have the avenues to generate anywhere near the revenue Real has and will during the next Billion years. time will come when you have to sell players to cover your debts and your only real asset is Messi. I wonder where he might go?

all of your glory came in two sets of 5 years idiot, one of which was 40 years ago. real madrid won 6 european trophies when it was 16 teams most of which were crap. now theyre the laughing stock of europe, getting more shit by the day. real will fall at the last 16 as usual next year

I don't understand the headline. I was never aware that UEFA's job was to enhance the profile of the sport, they govern the footballing bodies that reside, and the competitions they endorse. In a way I'm slightly relieved, this means Platini will be aiming jibes at Spain instead of England for a change.
