Ex-Liverpool coach Ablett in frame for Stockport job

Former Liverpool reserves coach Gary Ablett is being lined up for a move to Stockport County.

The Mirror says Ablett is in talks with Stockport County about becoming their boss after the League One club came out of administration.

Ablett was sacked as reserve manager at Liverpool by Kop chief Rafa Benitez, but is keen to return to the game quickly. County will hold more interviews this week before making an appointment.
