Fulham midfielder Clint Dempsey has rejected an offer from his club and is considering a move to Everton.
The U.S. international turned down a two-year offer at Craven Cottage and reports suggest he may land at Goodison Park with the Toffees showing plenty of interest.
Everton are prepared to pay a fee of £4 million for the 26-year old and will offer him wages of £37,000-a-week which will be £12,000 more than what he receives at Fulham.
