do we really need or want him give me some quality defenders instead
city makes it easier for players to get a better contracts, all the agent have to do is leak the player's availability for city to the press.

While i`d like etoo 2 leave barca, i would loathe 2 see barca get an undeserved £25m 4 him. etoo remains d most prolific goal scorer in spanish football history yet has been ill treated by 2 of the biggest football clubs in spain. if barca isnt prepared 2 part with at least 50% of his transfer fee as loyalty bonus 2 him, i`ll suggest he sits out d remainder of his one yr and refuse 2 be forced out like ronaldinho and become a free agent next season
One thing I feel certain about: The Daily Mail doesn't have any idea what Eto'o is going to do, lol.
i think for Manchester City, in order to attract big name, the first thing they have to do is to find a more qualified manager.
i think this is a good decision by Eto'o...it is important that he enjoys his football and i believe that he loves playing for FC Barcelona...Man City can offer loads of cash but not happiness...

This is wonderful! Imagine being a City fan and watching a team of "let's fleece the arabs" mercenaries every week. Eto'o and Robinho will make a fine pair, but not in just the football sense.
Just think... everything a Manchester City fan of FORTY YEARS STANDING has EVER spent on football (from hundreds of tickets, travel costs, programmes, drinks, scarves, books, DVDs, pre-game meals, petrol, you name it)... the total of EVERYTHING they've spent in a whole lifetime of supporting... all the sacrifices made.... will not cover the cost of one week's salary for Eto'o. Not even three or four days salary! LOLOLOLOLOL!
And that's absolutely true. Fact. Not fiction.
There is not a City fan out there whose lifetime football expenditure equals one week of salary for Eto'o. That's what YOUR support of City adds up to. LOLOL!
Enjoy your football City fans!
Man City ruined Robinho's career. Even though Eto'o is older, the same thing can happen for the rest of his career.
I think Laporta's right, though. Eto'o's attitude toward a new contract has been very annoying. I think if Barcelona can get hands on Villa or Robinho, Eto'o may see his end at Camp Nou.

lol. MC will never get the players they want. why the hell would Eto switch from CL champs to a team who don't even get to play europe next year? only a useless player like Tevez will want to make such a deprovement ( if there is such a word).
the problem with MC is that they have a stupid manager at the top. look at Chelsea and Mourinho ... when he took over Chelsea, he didn't go for all the ga\lamour players ... i think there were very few who knew about Drogba and cech till they went to Chelsea. Huges don't have that ability. thats why they won't improve. money cannot buy you everything.
