FIFA should make a rule to prevent people like Laporta and Valdano trying to unsettle players who have long-term contracts with other clubs. One thing is newspaper talk but deliberately trying to poach contracted players is another

if Barca wants Mascherano, then Liverpool should ask for a player swap... Liverpool could ask for Messi or Xavi or Iniesta or maybe even a defender... if Barca is not willing to swap, then Liverpool should not sell their player... i think this way is fair...

he is on the back of my shirt however i would quite happly have iniesta on the back of my shirt as he is my favourite midfielder in the world so i don't care if he goes as long as we get iniesta in return haha
