Barcelona president Laporta rubbishes Chelsea, Man Utd style

Barcelona president Joan Laporta took a swipe at Chelsea after last night's Champions League shock.

Laporta stressed that Barca deserved to reach the final because of the style of football they play.

"It's not just luck. It's a sort of justice because football loves football," said Laporta. "We played first class football in both games and deserved to win."

The Barca president then attacked final opponents Manchester United.

"The final will be a clash between two different styles. Manchester, similar to that of Chelsea, and ours, which is a football that is based on talent, control, performance and effort. Let's see how it works against Manchester."
