Juventus striker Trezeguet keen to join Deschamps' Marseille
Juventus striker David Trezeguet admits he'd welcome the chance to join Didier Deschamps' Olympique Marseille.
“It is an excellent thing for Marseille that they have Deschamps in charge,” Trez told Le Parisien.
“Everyone knows his qualities. In Turin he managed to lead Juventus back to Serie A and he has the charisma to do really well.
“When he left Juve, he wanted a great club and a chance to work where he would be given time and now he has the right chance to launch his career and make a mark on the history of the club.
“Would I join Marseille? I want to finish the season well with Juve where I am under contract at 2011 and then we will see.
“Marseille are a great club and if Didier contacted me I would consider it, but for the moment that isn't an issue.”
