Scott McDonald: Aussie grounding prepared me for Celtic pressure

1704: What an afternoon and, as usual, the SPL's scorers contrived to ensure that goals at different grounds went into the net at almost the exact same time - thus making life difficult for yours truly! Tremendous entertainment though and many thanks for all your contributions on My Sport. See Ya!

Hat’s off. Well done, as we know that “Hard work always pays off”, after a long struggle with sincere efforts it’s done.

The above thought is smart and doesn’t require any further addition.
It’s perfect thought from my side. A very smart and diplomatic answer. It’s really appreciable and general.

Scott is the man. Always a huge creative energetic force up front. I love watching him play for Celtic. Always makes/brightens my day. I really strongly hope he never leaves the club. But, if he keeps playing the way he does, I fear a foreign club might come asking. But, I hope not, since he said Celtic is HIS CLUB that he's supported forever. And he's so civilized with the Gers. hah!

great idea...once he gets that 1st one he will keep going

Agreed! but he has to break that duck for Australia, even if its a penalty, he has to do it. Verbeek shud book a friendly with american Samoa, use the all a-league side to boost thier confience and bring back McDonald so he can break his duck with the socceroos. LOL i have spent way to much time thinking about that. But as if u don't agree with me though!

great story and brings a wee tear to my eyes... anyway as fans we would all love to be in the shoes of these players who get to live the dream...many players lack passion, Scott does not...great story and proves that some people in life can achieve their dreams..well done
