Logan United FC snare Buess
Former Queensland Roar and FC Zurich defender Remo Buess has signed with Hyundai Queensland State League outfit Logan United FC.
Buess, 31, has returned to competitive football after a two year absence and is feeling very fit and ready for action.
The marquee signing was made possible by new LUFC Major Sponsor David Kemp of BDS.
Logan United FC Chairman Mel Swindells is very happy to have Buess on board.
“Remo is without doubt one of the most significant signings in the short history of the HQSL and is still very much in his prime.
“With David’s help we were able to ensure his capture, which is not only good for LUFC but for the HQSL as well. Remo is the sort of player that will help raise the profile of the League and bring people to the games.”
Logan United FC have recruited strongly over the off season with Buess joining fellow recruits PNG International Reggie Davani, former Fijian International Raj Oshen and former NZ youth International Jonothan Smith
.
Another PNG International Leana Geno will soon join them at Meakin Park.
