Wigan to bid for Middlesbrough winger Johnson

Wigan Athletic boss Steve Bruce is eyeing Middlesbrough winger Adam Johnson.
Flush with the cash raised from Wilson Palacios' move to Tottenham, Bruce wants to add Johnson to his squad before the winter market shuts.
The Latics manager is turning to Johnson after being rejected by Reading winger Stephen Hunt.
