Del Piero eyes Juventus title no.30

Officially they might only have 27 Serie A titles, but Juventus captain and star Alessandro Del Piero believes that winning this season's Serie A will be Juve's 30th title in Serie A history, not 28th.

Juventus had two titles revoked in 2006 due to the Calciopoli scandal, but Del Piero is adamant those titles were won fairly.

“The Scudetti? I won them on the pitch,” said Del Piero.

“I am happy thinking like this. It really doesn’t matter to me whether five of the seven titles are written [next to my name.]”
