First, thank you for getting my name correct. Second, it's spelled Portuguese, but close enough. And as far as I'm concerned, Portuguese Liga is LaLiga, translation "The League". Third, I was giving you the benefit of the doubt, but you can lead a horse to water...blahblahblah. European futbol or soccer (as we yanks call it) is definitely not popular in the USA, except when used as an excuse to get rid of one's kids for a while. Lastly, you must have not checked the stats on my teams or you'd see how badly the majority are doing, but I love them anyway. Peace, last comment, good converse and GLORY!GLORY!MANUTD!

Sorry Pamella, but unless I'm mistaken, Sporting Lisbon play in the Portugese Liga, not La Liga as you state. No big deal there, I mean one is in Portugal and the other in Spain, but close enough! And at least if you support enery team in every sport, you're always going to win a trophy! So well done on that! And who gives a toss if football is the only sport worth watching? thats because its the best, as shown by it being watched by more people in the world than any other sport. And Euro football not popular? Explain?

First of all, it's PAMELLA. Second, I'm American and euro futbol is not popular, so when I first saw it, I liked it and that was 11yrs ago. So, as far as I'm concerned, your 25yrs don't mean shet because futbol is the only sport worth watching in your country. Third, I still support my fav LaLiga team, Sporting Lisbon. I'm also a Dallas Cowboy fan, Atlanta Braves fan, Duke fan, Chicago Bulls fan and Carolina Hurricanes fan, that's a combined 27yrs of loyal support (just look@ Dallas,Atlanta & Chicago's records). I AM A SPORTS FAN ABOVE ALL! Ronaldo is the reason I began watching the EPL because it wasn't worth watching before. I am now a fan of the EPL and ManUtd as well and will remain a fan. And if he moved to Madrid, he would still be one of my fav players, I would still support ManUtd but not Real "Racist" Madrid because I fukkin despise the club! And just for the record, my fav ManUtd players are Vidic and Evra because I'm all about the defense baby! And FYI, there weren't too many good times since 2003 that I remember, only the last two seasons. So ***** u and your pompous lot! I'll support whoever the ***** I want!

Well Pamela, know what really pisses me off, plastic fans like you. You have supported Man Utd since Ronaldo moved? And you supported a different team before? I take it if he moved to Madrid, you would support them? You're not a football fan, you're a Roanaldo fan, just admitt. it. Thats what makes me better than you. I have follloed my team for 25 years, through relegations and promotions. I don't just follow the good times like you.

Ronny s u c k s a mean d i c k

PS again: He just won! So all you fukin haters can ***** off!

PS: jasper and dools?
Futbol, like all sports transcend culture and language. We like the game, we spend our money, we promote our favorites and celebrate their achievements, just like any other fan. So, WTF makes your lot so Fukkin special?!!

You know what really pisses me off? When so called "English" futbol fans post comments about international fans or players with seemingly innocent racial undertones. I think it's time for you subconscious racist to start showing a little appreciation for what foreigners bring to the EPL. If it wasn't for players like Ronaldo and international fans, LaLiga would still be #1 and your league would still be boring. Ronaldo is about to bring the EPL a trophy no "English" player has ever received, the FIFA World Player. I've been a ManUtd fan since 2003 after one of my fav players (Ronaldo) transferred there from Sporting. I had only watched my fav LaLiga teams, but I definitely prefer EPL since then because the new foreign talent made the tough and technical games more entertaining and skillful. The EPL now has everything and I'm sure if games were more readily broadcast in the USA, my fellow countrymen would finally see what it so great about the other football.

No Jasper, sure you know that Man Utd fans are all glory hunters and as you pointed out, half of them can't even spell.

And I don't think fame haas changed Ronaldo, he has always been a cheat. Look at getting Rooney sent off, his constant diving and moaning. twat
