Sampdoria seek loan deal for AC Milan striker Shevchenko
Submitted by tribalfootball.com on Sun, 01/11/2009 - 01:37
Sampdoria will sound out AC Milan in the coming days for Andriy Shevchenko.
Sportmediaset says Samp chief Beppe Marotta will move for Shevchenko at the beginning of the week about a six-month loan.
The Ukraine international is well down the pecking order at Milan since arriving from Chelsea and would join Samp as a first-choice strike-partner for Antonio Cassano.
If Sheva was to arrive in Genoa, Samp will allow Emiliano Bonazzoli to join Reggina.
