Juventus coach Ranieri: No need to buy in January
Submitted by tribalfootball.com on Sun, 01/11/2009 - 01:27
Juventus coach Claudio Ranieri insists there's no need to buy during the winter market.
“(Gigi) Buffon will be ready for the Coppa Italia and it was always planned that way," said Ranieri.
“(Vincenzo) Iaquinta has been unlucky, but he is relaxed, even if he gets annoyed when these setbacks occur. Cristiano Zanetti has already played a little and Christian Poulsen is returning, but what I care about is the squad and not individuals.
“I will not request any new signings in January because we are getting quite a few players back from injury now.”
