Valencia president Soriano: Villa, Silva will not be sold

Valencia president Vicente Soriano is adamant their star duo David Villa and David Silva will not be sold this month.

Reacting to the presence of Juventus chief scout Renzo Castagnini at their victory over Atletico Madrid on Saturday night, Soriano declared: "David Villa and David Silva will remain at Valencia.

"This is guaranteed. They are two players needed to sustain a team at the top level. We have no intention of losing them."
