Simple really. A law is made whether stupid or not - but law it is. If real get away with it it just proves to the world what everyone knows - that they are completely corrupt and that UEFA are just as bad. Simple as that really.

The ruling was already announced and specifically said only one could play. If by "persuade" Calderon means pay off...then I think he is correct as Platini has proven to be quite an insidious individual.

No doubt Platini will succumb to the spanish, if this was an english team they would probably get kicked out of the competition for wasting platini's time.
