Milan's Abbiati feels the pain of Juventus loss
AC Milan goalkeeper Christian Abbiati is feeling the pain of the 4-2 loss on Sunday more than anyone in the team.
Abbiati, who spent one season on loan to Juventus in 2005/06, was hurting after conceding four goals in a loss which was a massive blow to AC Milan's title hopes.
Milan goalkeeper Christian Abbiati admits that losing to Juventus was a painful blow.
“This defeat really burns. As a team we were too static and it wasn't the real Milan out there, even if we were a little unlucky.
“It was a special night because I returned to Turin, where I spent an important year. That club gave me so much, but I only have Milan in my heart now.
“The only thing to think about now is rolling up our sleeves against Udinese because we must improve from here.”
