Villa boss O'Neill won't rule out Larsson reunion

Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill won't rule out a reunion with his former Celtic striker Henrik Larsson.

O’Neill is prepared to look at loan signings which raises the possibility of competing with Everton for Larsson, currently with Helsingborg.

“I would look at anything,’’ O’Neill said. “We will look in January to see if we can strengthen, which is exactly what we want to do.

“If it didn’t materialise it won’t be through lack of trying.”
