No he doesn't say if it had been up to him he would be a Chelsea player. The idiot who dreamt this up should read the many many quotes where Robinho states what actually happened and why he joined City. Chelsea screwed up or more likely Kenyon did.Just like Real messed him about so did amateurish Chelsea because they assumed that the deal was done. Now Abramovich is running out of dosh.
