Submitted by Anonymous on Mon, 12/01/2008 - 17:59
Chelsea and Norwegian club Lyn Oslo have reached agreement in their dispute over the transfer of John Mikel Obi.
The Blues claimed the transfer was based on the "fraudulent misrepresentation that Mikel had an employment contract with Lyn".
A short statement on the club's website confirmed the matter relating to Lyn had been resolved out of court but figures were not revealed.
It read: "Chelsea Football Club and FC Lyn Oslo have resolved all matters between the two clubs with regard to John Mikel Obi.
"The terms of the agreement will remain confidential. There will be no further comment."
