Kanu: Portsmouth deserved to beat AC Milan

Portsmouth goal scorer Nwankwo Kanu says they deserved to win last night's 2-2 UEFA Cup draw with AC Milan.

The former Inter Milan striker reflected: "We played a good game and we kept the ball well like the manager told us to, and we scored two fantastic goals, but we have to keep it and that's football.

"I don't know how it happened but sometimes in football you don't get what you deserve."
