Scholes back in action for Manchester United

Manchester United midfielder Paul Scholes will be back in action in the coming days according to boss Sir Alex Ferguson.

Scholes has been out of action since September with knee ligament damage but has made a quicker than expected recovery and is due to return to the first team next week.

“Scholes may be involved next week sometime but definitely not this game,” Ferguson said.

“It is a great boost for us to have Paul back as he is a quality player and we miss him.”
