Submitted by Anonymous on Sat, 11/22/2008 - 16:23
Hull City striker Daniel Cousin claims the positive attitude of boss Phil Brown brings out the best in his squad.
The 31-year-old told the Daily Star: "It has been good to score a couple of goals recently because that is my job. I am hoping to score 10 or 12.
"I feel Hull can finish in the top 10 of the division.
"We have a good record away from home and that is because we like to attack. We have a real desire in the team to win matches. It is this that has got us to where we are.
He added: "Phil Brown is a great manager. He is very supportive, very open and very honest.
"He always has a smile on his face for us - even when things are not going so well, and this makes the players believe in themselves.
