Getting both players would be difficult as Wenger claimed one defender is all he needs (I guess he is bringing a 5th youth player)....Tasci had a buy out clause around 18 million pounds unless Stuttgurt can compromise a price around 10 -12 millon pounds (this can be work out for both teams).....mertsacker deal I doubt it will happen as the player can never wanted to join Arsenal as well as Werder Bremen never wanted to do a deal so can forget it.

get Tasci and mertsacker....getin both would help put on a fight for a starting spot and they are both good defenders.
