Newcastle winger Ben Arfa impressed by new teammates quality

Hatem Ben Arfa admits he's been impressed by the quality of his teammates at Newcastle United.

Ben Arfa has had a fortnight to settle in with his new team-mates and, while the Parisian 23-year-old arrived with a wild boy reputation, he has had no problems slotting into life on Tyneside thus far.

He told the Evening Chronicle: “There is a superb atmosphere amongst these players and which I noticed straight away.

“There is a really, really good feeling within the group and the training centre.

“I have been impressed with a lot of the players – they have such great skill and technique.”
