The People says the cash-strapped club has rejected a second bid from West Bromwich Albion for Wilson.

The Baggies upped their offer from £2million to £3m, plus players on loan, but Portsmouth boss Steve Cotterill maintains he does not want to sell the 23-year-old, who is also wanted by Newcastle United and West Ham United.
