New Sydney coach Lavicka intent on creating good environment
Incoming Sydney FC coach Vitezslav Lavicka is intent on creating a good atmosphere and environment at his new club.
The former Czech coach of the year spoke to the press in Sydney today and revealed his coaching philosophy along with his plans for the Sky Blues this season.
"I have three parts to my coaching philosophy," he said.
"Discipline and respect, motivation to improve and team unity.
"Discipline means be professional and that's for all team members, coaching staff. Respect each other, respect yourself, the club.
"Second is motivation. And that's a very important part of my philosophy. Motivation to improve little by little, but we need to improve at each training session and each game.
"Team unity is also very important. Relationships between the players, good relationships form a good atmosphere. A good atmosphere makes for a good environment that can make a success.
"And also we must enjoy playing and the work. We must be together for the success."
