Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis has confirmed interest in Liverpool fullback Andrea Dossena.

The 28-year-old has long been linked with a move to San Paolo and was close to an agreement with the Partenopei in the summer.

De Laurentiis said: “I don't exclude Dossena. We have also spoken about Molinaro.

“I also like Candreva. I have a great friendship with Pozzo, but we need to consult with Mazzarri before making a definitive decision.”
