Middlesbrough are moving for Aston Villa midfielder Nigel Reo-Coker.

Reo-Coker will be ditched in January following his bust-up with Villa boss Martin O'Neill last month.

Gareth Southgate wants the midfielder, 25, to add stability to his young Middlesbrough side.
