McKinna eyes squad overhaul for Central Coast

Central Coast Mariners coach Lawrie McKinna will overhaul his squad ahead of the 2009/10 A-League season.

After the Mariners’ Asian Champions League campaign is finished (mid next week), McKinna will have a clean out of a squad that has remained barely untouched for the past four seasons.

“This is the hard part (of management), when you're looking at people they're moving on. Some people have been here since the start," he said.

“We've spoken to agents and there's maybe three or four boys from overseas who we will take a look at.

"We don't know yet but it might be that we have six or seven new faces for next season."
