Maxi agent insists on Atletico Madrid stay

The agent of Maxi Rodriguez admits he's yet to hear from Atletico Madrid about a new contract.

The winger has less than 12 months to run on his existing deal and Atletico are desperate to cash in on him with Tottenham keen.

Arturo Canales said: "He is very attached to Atletico, where he is also the captain. Of course, if we get a club that makes an offer that is pleasing to us and the club, we will take it in mind."
