Man Utd send letter of warning to Le Havre
Manchester United have written a letter of warning to French club Le Havre in regards to the signing of youngster Paul Pogba.
Reports have indicated that United offered Pogba’s family money and a house to lure him to Old Trafford but the club’s management have warned Le Havre that any allegations against them will be dealt with legally.
United believe they have done nothing wrong in the way they signed the teenager and issued this statement.
"In response to the wholly unfounded comments widely reported in the media of Le Havre AC President, Jean-Pierre Louvel, Manchester United wish to categorically confirm that as a matter of club policy and in accordance with the applicable football regulations, we do not offer inducements to the parents of players who sign for the club such as monetary payments or the purchase of houses," it read.
"Manchester United have today written to Le Havre AC to put it on notice that action will be taken if such allegations are repeated in relation to the transfer of Paul Pogba.
"Manchester United is entirely satisfied that the transfer of Paul Pogba has been conducted in accordance with the regulations set down by the world governing body, Fifa.
"Manchester United is ready to defend any claim brought against it by Le Havre at Fifa.
"It is to be noted that all contractual documentation relating to the player's registration with the club has already been fully ratified by the Football Association and the Premier League."

To the moron who said United got Macheda's dad a job, they actually helped him LOOK for for one. He isn't on staff at Old Trafford, we just helped him to find a job in Manchester after he had moved there.
Strange how FIFA and UEFA have both said that they have recieved no complaint from Le Harve , yet the Frenchies are saying they have made one. Maybe they know the deal was done under all the correct regulations and are just bitching because Chelsea have been found out by another team.
If apparently signing a 16 year olf from abroad is poaching then I hate to tell everyone, but EVERY SINGLE CLUB IN EUROPE would then not be able to sign players for a set amount of windows.
So many united haters in this Tribal column. Don't blame united to much....all this things also did by Chelsea, Liverpool and the worst is Arsenal. Don't forget, this kind of poacher also did by Madrid, Barca, Milan and others club. If FIFA banned Chelsea...then others club also should be fine and ban.
S h i t club in s h i t, how ironic.
