Man Utd legend Robson: Fergie will be happy where they stand
Manchester United legend Bryan Robson says Sir Alex Ferguson will be delighted about where they stand in the Premiership table.
United are devilishly hard to stop when their momentum builds and with 11 goals coming in their last three League games, there have been signs of that recently.
Former United captain Robson said: "It is always the same - you get to Christmas and look at where you are. After the weekend, Alex Ferguson must be quite pleased with where he is.
"Starting with Aston Villa at the weekend, the fixtures look pretty good over the next seven or eight games and you could see United putting in a pretty good run going into the New Year. Manchester United are right where they want to be at the moment.
"The key question is how much Chelsea are going to be affected by the African Nations Cup. Michael Essien and Didier Drogba are big players for Chelsea."
