Man Utd circle as Real Madrid fail to clinch Canales agreement

Real Madrid failed to clinch a deal for Racing Santander midfielder Sergio Canales last night.

AS maintains the two clubs have settled on a €5 million fee for the 18 year-old, with the only difference being whether Canales will play on-loan with Racing next season.

However, in England, Manchester United are being linked with a move for the exciting midfield prospect.

United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has already met with Canales' father and given him a tour of the club's facilities. Unlike Real, United can secure Canales on an immediate pre-contract.

Canales Snr is expected to meet with Real chiefs Florentino Perez and Jorge Valdano on the weekend.

Barcelona bought Ibrashit for 75 million euro and he scored 11 goals while Real Madrid bought both Pipita and Benzema for 47 million euro and they have both scored 18 goals. what a shame to Barcelona for paying much money for him and he did not score like expected

Did you know that Iniesta was a former real madrid youth player and let come to look at it madrid had produce more players that barcelona. outside Messi you bought tell me any present barcelona youth player that can win the world player of the year. we gave barcelona eto and you exchange him for Ibrashit, i am sure he will not score up to 15 goals for barcelona this season. If you dont know we have Apilo and Enzo the hottest players on earth now in our youth system tell me which player do you have, i hope you saw how Enzo display against your low rate youth player on youtube
